Daylesford
Own Brand Development
I was asked to assist with the development of a range of canned own label food product, including Organic whole and chopped tomatoes, beans and pulses. Working with one Organic specialist manufacturer in Italy, the Daylesford Food Quartet and Nutritionist, the range of canned goods were launched in February 2020 and are available at Daylesford Organic shops or through Daylesford’s on-line shop on Ocado.
Also in conjunction with a UK organic flour miller I assisted the Daylesford team with the development of a range of baking flours, which launched in September 2020.
