My services; from conception to launch:
- To ensure your products have a point of difference and to guarantee quality. I can work with your existing New Product Development team or chef, or act as your NPD team and give guidance on product recipes or blends.
- I find the right manufacturing partner to produce your products.
- Design of your Own Brand is key to its success, so I can work with your existing design team, or find a design partner to create the right look for your Own Brand products.
- Quality and cost of packaging is important to the success of a product, so I identify suitable Packaging Manufacturers and work with them to ensure quality and cost is right for the product.
- I can produce all of the required UK legal text copy for your products and write additional copy for product usage.
- Assist in the planning of logistics, give guidance to minimum manufacturing quantities and support your internal stock control team when new products arrive.

Finally and if required I can follow the new product/s through their first year, training shop floor staff, ensuring merchandising has impact and help to analyse sales, to ensure the new products are fulfilling the business requirements.
